1. Opening up the program Photoshop.
2. Click Tools, Magnetic Lasso Tool.
3. Drag on the position you want to change the color.
4. Click menu " Image > adjustments > Hue / Saturation "
5. Change hair color satisfaction.
6. Click menu " Image > Adjustments > Levels "
7. Adjust the light according to satisfaction
8. Finish
